A tedious and surreal program in which Henry Blofeld leads you through all the different things that aren’t crickets. Over weeks and years we move from things that are not even remotely like a cricket, such as the Reichstag building and slowly circle in until we reach insects, eventually stick insects cicadas and so on. In the thrilling denouement we finally hear Blowers exclaim – that’s a cricket, that is a cricket.
